Easier way for migration to a new browser

Recently I face some problems with Google Chrome browser while surfing Internet, Chrome becomes unresponsive and sometimes it lagged. At that time I switched to Firefox. Switching between browsers is not a big deal. We do many customization with extensions, sync etc.






If you wanna migrate to a new browser, here are few tips which really come handy.



Sync:

Google really makes it easy for Android users with Chrome on the basis of complete browsing history.


Firefox having a service called Sync which helps you to sync all your browsing data between your devices.


Opera has a browsers on Android, IOS and Windows so it also helps you to sync your stuffs quickly.


You having iPhone with Safari and using Windows PC then there some limitation to get sync but thanks to iCloud which will allow you to sync your stuffs with Internet Explorer.




Bookmarks:

If you are a regular Internet user you will made a lot of bookmarks, and you can’t go any other browser without it. It’s not a huge task, you can easily move all your bookmarks to a new browser. I’ll help you to sync all your bookmarks for all the four major browsers.


To Export Bookmarks: Go to Chrome menu (Top right corner) > select Bookmarks > Bookmark Manger > select ‘Organize’ > select Export Bookmarks

To Import Bookmarks: Go to Chrome menu (Top right corner) > select Bookmarks > Import Bookmarks and settings (Then select the program that contains the bookmarks that you would like to import) > click Import


To Export Bookmarks: Start Internet Explorer click Favourites > Click the down arrow > Click Import and Export> Choose Import

To Import Bookmarks: Go to Internet Explorer click Favourites > Click the down arrow > Click Import and Export> Choose Export


To Export Bookmarks: Click the Bookmarks button > Select Show All Bookmarks to open library > from the toolbar of the library click Import and Backup and choose Export Bookmarks to HTML > Choose your desired place to save and close it

To Import Bookmarks: Click the Bookmarks button > Select Show All Bookmarks to open library > in the library choose Import and Backup > Choose Import Data from Another Browser


To Export Bookmarks: Go to Settings > Import and Export File > Import and Export > Choose the file name > Choose your desired location to save > Click Save

To Import Bookmarks: Go to Settings > Import and Export File > Import and Export > Select Import option from the list > Browse your old data > Select it and open > A dialogue box will appear click ‘ok’
