How to disable auto rotate in few apps on Android Device


We all use android device, and mostly everyone use android device in similar ways, like for chatting, gaming, browsing etc. but few guys doesn’t like the auto rotate feature. You can disable auto rotate option but few games, automatically rotate when you open it. In this article I’ll show you how to disable auto in few apps. Here’s how to.






How to disable auto rotate in few apps on Android Device

·        Download and install ‘Tasker’ from Play Store.
·        Then go to Settings > Accessibility > Tasker and enable it.
·        Now open Tasker and tap ‘+’ icon provided at the bottom in the ‘Profile tab’.
·         Now select the apps which you want to disable auto rotate.
·        Now press back button of your device, you will taken to the menu of Tasker where you will be asked to add ‘New Task’ and give a name.
·        After that you will be sent to task edit menu, tap + icon and select ‘Display’ from the action category and ‘Display AutoRotate’.
·        Now you will be head to action edit menu of Display AutoRotate, make sure value ‘Set’ category is off and come back to the main menu of Tasker.
·        Now long press on the task name which gave earlier, now you can see a option ‘Add Exit Task’, tap and give a name to it.
·        After that you will be sent to task edit, tap + icon and select ‘Display’ from the action category and ‘Display AutoRotate’.
·        Now you will be head to action edit menu of Display AutoRotate, make sure ‘Set’ category has value on and come back to the main menu of Tasker.

That’s it! Now whenever you open the app which you selected will not rotate.
